The program is open to teams of six to ten students from public schools, private schools, and the home school community located in Virginia and Washington D.C.
VLRE is proud to present our 2020 Mock Trial program problem Blacklock v. Ninja Flight! The crash of Cardinal Airlines Flight 1027 haunts the grieving spouse of the pilot flying that day. But what caused the pilot’s Ninja Flight Company Super 700 to crash? Was pilot error to blame? Or was it the airliner? Can you prevail at this high-stakes game of aviation litigation?
Registration opens September 1st.

established by the National High School Mock Trial Competition. Teams are encouraged to
understand these rules prior to the competition.
