Welcome to the Virginia High School Mock Trial Program, presented by the Virginia Law
Related Education Institute and financially assisted by a grant from the Virginia Law Foundation. Are you and your team ready for the ultimate competitive law related experience?
The program is open to teams of six to ten students from public schools, private schools, and the home school community located in Virginia and Washington D.C.

The Virginia High School Mock Trial Competition uses the rules of evidence and competition
established by the National High School Mock Trial Competition. Teams are encouraged to
understand these rules prior to the competition.
